Riga Expats is a non profit group and was founded by J.C Cole in 1993. We organize a dinner the first Wednesday of every month at different restaurants. The intention behind the Riga Expats dinner is to give an opportunity to people from various backgrounds to meet and chat in English and have a good meal for a good price.
